We are a leading residential plumbing and HVAC company looking for a licensed Master Electrician to spearhead our brand-new electrical division. Initially, you will be our go-to expert—holding the master license, pulling permits for our HVAC installations, and performing high-quality residential electrical service and retrofits. Over time, your role will evolve into a leadership position as you help us recruit, train, and build a full-scale electrical department around you. If you have the technical expertise of a master craftsman and the ambition to grow a division from the ground up, we want to talk to you.

Serve as the Master Electrician of record for the company, pulling necessary permits for HVAC change-outs and residential electrical projects.
Field Execution:
Perform and oversee residential electrical installations, service repairs, panel upgrades, and wiring troubleshooting.
HVAC Collaboration:
Partner with our established HVAC team to ensure seamless electrical hookups for heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.
Division Leadership:
Collaborate with management to develop standard operating procedures, pricing models, and service offerings for the new electrical department.
Team Growth:
As the division expands, lead the recruitment, hiring, mentoring, and training of journeymen and apprentices.
Safety & Quality:
Ensure all work meets or exceeds local codes, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and company safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications Licensure:
Must possess an active, valid Master Electrician License in good standing, with the immediate ability to pull municipal permits.
Experience:
Proven track record in residential service, troubleshooting, and code compliance. (HVAC-related electrical experience is a major plus).
Leadership Vision:
A strong desire to transition from a sole field technician into a managerial/leadership role as the department grows.
Technical Skills:
Expert knowledge of the NEC, residential wiring, load calculations, panel upgrades, and smart home integrations.
Customer Service:
Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset, representing our established brand with professionalism.
Logistics:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
What We Offer The Best of Both Worlds:
The stability, steady leads, and resources of an established, leading home services company, combined with the exciting growth potential of a startup division.
