TES is seeking skilled Journeyman Electricians with experience in commercial, industrial, and mission-critical electrical systems . Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently or leading small crews on fast-paced projects. Candidates with data center, industrial, or large commercial experience are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, panel schedules, and construction drawings
Install:
Conduit (EMT, Rigid, PVC) Wire and cable Panels and switchgear Lighting systems and controls Transformers and distribution equipment Perform terminations and equipment connections Lead apprentices and maintain production goals Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades Maintain clean and organized job sites Required Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Michigan preferred) 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications Experience bending conduit and installing electrical infrastructure Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Preferred Experience Data Center / Mission Critical experience Industrial facilities Ground-up commercial construction Backup generators and UPS systems Switchgear and large distribution equipment Fire alarm and low voltage rough-in/stub-up experience Service work and troubleshooting Required Certifications OSHA 10 minimum (OSHA 30 preferred) Lift Certification preferred
