Journeyman Electrician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various construction sites and renovation projects. Your expertise will help ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and industry codes, contributing to successful project completion and client satisfaction. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations. Work with low voltage and high voltage systems, adhering strictly to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Assist with renovation projects by updating existing wiring and electrical infrastructure on construction sites. Collaborate with other trades such as frame carpentry or handyman services to coordinate project tasks efficiently. Experience Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems in construction or renovation projects. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Familiarity with low voltage wiring, high voltage systems, and NEC compliance requirements. Skilled in using hand tools like screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, as well as power tools necessary for installation work. Experience working on construction sites or in fast-paced renovation environments. Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters and troubleshoot complex electrical issues effectively. •If you are looking for a company that you can grow with, this is it. Pay:

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
