Job Overview Brower Electric is seeking skilled Electricians with a minimum of three (3+) years of electrical experience preferred. This position requires individuals who can perform electrical work independently and as part of a professional team environment. Skills Minimum three (3) years of experience performing electrical installation or service work on commercial, industrial, or residential projects. Proficient use of electrician hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical layouts Experience with conduit installation, cable pulling, wire routing, and electrical terminations Working knowledge of electrical safety standards, jobsite safety procedures, and PPE requirements Ability to perform electrical tasks with limited supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards Strong understanding of material handling, jobsite organization, and tool management Ability to follow project instructions, specifications, and company work procedures accurately Reliable attendance, punctuality, and consistent jobsite performance Effective communication and teamwork skills with electricians, supervisors, and other trades Requirements 3+ years of electrical experience preferred Demonstrated ability to perform electrical tasks with limited supervision Strong knowledge of electrical jobsite safety practices Reliable attendance and punctuality
