Total On-Target Earnings:

Why This Role This is a boots-on-the-ground residential service role where you will run calls independently and handle everything from troubleshooting to service upgrades. You'll have support when needed but will primarily operate autonomously while delivering high-quality work and customer service. What you will do Running residential service calls independently Troubleshooting electrical systems and diagnosing issues Completing service upgrades and repairs Communicating professionally with homeowners Managing documentation, invoicing, and scheduling through company technology tools Maintaining quality workmanship and safety standards Why Our Techs Stay (Schedule & Culture) We are intentionally not a "growth at all costs" company.
Schedule:
Dispatch starts at 7:00 AM and technicians typically head home when work is complete

The Pay Package Hourly Pay:
$30.00 - $36.00 per hour for experienced

REQUIRED
