Commercial Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical wiring and equipment.
• Install electrical components such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
• Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and plumbers, to complete projects that require multiple trades.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing electrical work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an electrician or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues.
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Valid driver's license.
