Key Responsibilities Lead electrical installations on commercial and industrial projects Interpret and execute based on blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety standards Perform system inspections and troubleshoot issues efficiently Supervise apprentices and provide on-the-job training Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and subcontractors Manage project timelines and communicate material/tool needs Complete daily reports and ensure proper documentation of work Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Travel to job sites, including out-of-town projects with per diem Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work Candidates with journeyman-level experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Company-paid training is available to help obtain journeyman license, provided they can show proof of completion of an approved apprenticeship program.
