The line restarts, ventilation hums, and throughput returns. Later, you weld a small bracket, tidy conduit, and close the day by coaching operators through a smooth shutdown. That's impact. What you'll own End-to-end upkeep of machinery, equipment, and facility systems Root-cause troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Preventive maintenance on production assets Inspection and repair of conduit, piping, ventilation, and plumbing Component replacement and verification after diagnosis Safety-first execution, including strict LOTO adherence Basic welding and fabrication work Support for startup, shutdown, and operations improvements What sets you up for success 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems Electrical troubleshooting and repair proficiency Exposure to PLC systems and controls (preferred) Well-honed mechanical troubleshooting skills Technical fluency Electrical installation and industrial electrical background Pneumatics troubleshooting and broad maintenance/repair ability Experience with Punch Press (Trumpf), Press Brake (Trumpf), and PLCs Grow with us Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid leave programs Tuition assistance and career development Advancement opportunities across a global manufacturing organization Who we are Our Electric Heat division is a trusted leader through brands like QMark, Indeeco, Berko, and Brasch , producing baseboard heaters, infrared heaters, ceiling fans, and air circulators used in facilities across North America.
