We're expanding our St. Louis, MO team and are looking for an experienced Commercial Journeyman Electrician to join our crew and help deliver top-notch results on a variety of projects. What We Offer Top hourly pay: $30.00 - $49.29 (based on experience) Weekly paychecks Full benefits package including: Fully paid company Health, dental, and life insurance (including family) 401(k) with company match Paid time off + paid holidays Short & long-term disability coverage Stable, year-round work A supportive team that values your skills and experience What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Ensure all work meets NEC codes, OSHA standards, and safety requirements Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects on time Assist in training and mentoring apprentices Maintain accurate documentation of work performed What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial electrical experience Journeyman-level knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, and OSHA standards Ability to read blueprints and execute installations Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities OSHA-10 or higher preferred (or willing to obtain) Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime as needed) If you're ready to join a trusted, growing company where your skills are valued, apply today and start your future with Bates Electric.
