Career Growth Opportunities Fun & Friendly Work Environment The Big Task You will diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience. Job Responsibilities Educate homeowner on what services are needed and why, prior to starting work. Build rapport with the homeowner and provide excellent customer service. Provide a thorough evaluation of the electrical system with the customer and develop a variety of options to meet customer needs. Exhibits a safety-first approach during all work activities. Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Perform general electrical maintenance and safety inspections Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures. Repair & replace defective equipment, components & wiring. Discusses electrical system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions. Service/installation to the UL specifications Take detailed notes of work prior, during, and after completed work. Go over invoice with customer and collect payment. Ensures the homeowner receives a Five Star experience during the service visit. Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements :

3-5 years of residential service experience preferred. Follow national, State & Local electrical codes Ability to represent the Jerry Kelly brand in a positive way You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers. Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
