Job Description
This is for experienced or semi-experienced siding workers who can contribute productively on jobs but may not yet be ready to lead a site or function as the primary cut guy. Primary Responsibilities Install siding on residential job sites. Work with site leads and crew members to complete jobs efficiently. Follow Trade Wize job instructions, workflows, and quality expectations. Use the platform to access jobs, training, and work requirements. Continue developing skills toward higher-paying roles. Support trainees/apprentices when appropriate. Maintain professionalism and jobsite reliability. Provide feedback when issues arise in the app, job flow, materials, or field process. Ideal Candidate Profile Has siding, exterior construction, or related trade experience. Can be productive on a siding job with limited handholding. May not yet be ready to lead the job but can become a strong crew contributor. Open to learning the Trade Wize system. Reliable, coachable, and comfortable working in a network model.
