Job Description:
Electricians (Entry-Level and Experienced) TL Wallace Construction, Inc., Electrical Division, is initiating a workforce expansion and is seeking qualified candidates for multiple electrician positions. These roles support ongoing and upcoming projects and offer structured advancement opportunities within the organization. Entry-Level Electricians (Four Positions) Candidates selected for these roles will receive comprehensive training and hands-on instruction. No prior electrical experience is required. These positions provide a pathway for individuals seeking to begin a long-term career in the electrical trade. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision are eligible after 90 Days Safety Incentive Program Paid Weekly Vacation Pay- Receive 5 days after 1 year.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Experienced Electricians (Two Positions) Applicants must possess a minimum of 4-5 years of verifiable electrical experience. Selected candidates will be assigned to an established crew to learn internal processes and operational standards. Upon successful demonstration of proficiency and alignment with organizational expectations, candidates will be considered for advancement to Foreman.

Job Requirements:
Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Physical ability to navigate active job sites (lifting to 50lbs, climbing, standing, crawling, etc.); initial health screening required. Must pass a pre-employment drug and/or alcohol test. Will also be subject to a criminal history background check.
