Job Description

Industrial Electrician Manufacturing & Industrial Environment A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support plant operations through hands-on electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment and systems. Position Overview This is a hands-on electrical maintenance role focused on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. Work is performed directly in the plant environment. This is not a construction-only or office-based role . Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems Work on production equipment and plant electrical infrastructure Support PLC-controlled equipment in coordination with controls team Diagnose electrical faults and equipment failures in the field Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Support uptime and reliability of production operations Collaborate with maintenance and production teams Qualifications 4-5+ years of industrial electrical experience Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical systems in a live production environment Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience working with industrial machinery and controls a plus PLC exposure (Allen-Bradley preferred but not required) Strong safety and field troubleshooting mindset Compensation & Schedule $40 - $45 per hour Day shift (Monday-Friday) Full-time manufacturing environment For immediate consideration email kylla.olsen@gogpac.com or call (515)671-2172
