What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems Support HVAC installations by wiring thermostats, disconnects, breakers, and equipment Run wire, bend conduit, and install electrical components with precision Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist with system testing Work side by side with experienced lead technicians and project managers Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Follow all safety standards and company procedures What We're Looking For No electrical license required Previous electrical, HVAC, or construction experience preferred Familiarity with hand tools and basic electrical concepts Ability to read wiring diagrams (a plus, not a must) Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Why Carolina Air?
