Journeyman Electrician

TalentLogistiX is actively seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support operations within a cutting-edge Innovation & Production Center in Mooresville, NC. This role focuses on the offsite prefabrication of electrical systems used in large-scale data center construction projects. Journeyman Electricians Responsibilities:

Assemble and prefabricate electrical components, including: Conduit racks and assemblies, Cable tray systems, Pre-wired panels and skids, Modular electrical systems for data centers Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and prefabrication drawings Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit (EMT, RMC, etc.) to specification Perform wiring, terminations, and labeling to code and project standards Ensure all assemblies meet NEC code and quality expectations Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support continuous improvement efforts to increase production efficiency Assist with packaging and preparing completed assemblies for shipment Journeyman Electricians Qualifications Active Journeyman Electrician license (state-specific or reciprocal where applicable) 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to read and work from electrical drawings and schematics Proficiency with electrical tools, conduit bending, and installation methods Experience in data centers, industrial settings, or prefabrication environments is highly preferred Work Environment Indoor prefabrication / production facility No daily job site travel required Physical work including standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks Team-driven, process-oriented workflow TalentLogistiX is a workforce business solutions provider.
