Immediately Job Description Will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various building systems, electrical motors and controls, lighting and lighting controls, electrical appliances, and performing fire alarm inspections. Other duties include rewiring and relocating lighting, receptacles and panels during the course of remodeling and renovation. Experience driving and operating a bucket truck is a plus. Computer experience desired. High school diploma is required as is a State of Nebraska Class "A" Electrical Journeyman License. Upon hire, the individual will be required to obtain a Nebraska Fire Alarm Inspectors License within 12 months. Applicant's driving record must conform to the District Driving Policy. Hourly pay rate $42.99 per hour plus benefits. Position is subject to veteran's preference.
