Lead Electrician (Commercial/Industrial)

Overview We are hiring a Lead Electrician to run crews and manage commercial and industrial electrical projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for job site execution, crew performance, and overall project quality. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on active job sites Plan daily work and manage manpower efficiently Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Troubleshoot electrical issues and support field execution Enforce safety standards and NEC compliance Train and develop apprentices and junior electricians Coordinate with project management and company leadership Compensation & Benefits $38-$42/hr (based on experience and performance) Performance-based bonus tied to job profitability Company truck or vehicle allowance Health insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Full-time, steady, year-round work Requirements Licensed Journeyman Electrician 7+ years of electrical experience Prior crew leadership or foreman-level responsibility preferred Strong knowledge of NEC and job site safety Ability to read plans and manage work independently Work Environment Active commercial and industrial job sites Regular travel between local job sites Physical work including standing, climbing, and lifting About Us We focus on well-run projects, strong crews, and consistent work.
