What This Role Really Is This is a field leadership + operational role. You work alongside your team when needed, but you don't carry the whole job on your back while others watch. Your job is to lead, guide, and elevate the crew — not replace them. What You'll Own Multiple active job sites (2-5 at a time) Crew performance — not just participation Job efficiency (labor, materials, workflow) Technical problem-solving when crews get stuck Coordination with clients, subcontractors, and other trades Overall job performance from start to finish What We're Looking For NH Licensed Master or Journeyman Electrician Proven ability to lead crews in the field Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure Ability to manage multiple jobs without losing control Leads by example — earns respect, doesn't demand it Organized, accountable, and takes ownership Experience in project management, estimating, or service leadership You should naturally reflect how we operate every day, living our
