Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a growing manufacturing team in Manchester, NH. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving plant equipment and electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
Install, wire, andmission new equipment or relocate existing machinery as needed.
Diagnose and repair electrical controls, including PLCs, drives, motors, and relatedponents.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blues, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and other required documentation accurately.
Assist with spare parts inventory management and material ordering.
Collaborate with engineers, maintenance personnel, and outside contractors on equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects.
Follow allpany safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmentalpliance requirements.
Maintain clean,anized, andpliant chemical and waste storage areas.
Support emergency maintenance and plant response activities as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience troubleshooting PLCs, drives, motors, and industrial control systems.
Basic mechanical maintenance and repair skills.
Ability to read and interpret blues, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, andmunication skills.
Basicputer skills and the ability to learn maintenance software systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Journeyman Electrician License.
Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Details:
$35.00 to $40.00 per hour
