Pay Up To:
$38.46/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday/6:30am-3:00pm (rotating on-call schedule)
Consideration Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent 3 years of related commercial and industrial electrical maintenance experience Varied electrical and mechanical experience Proven understanding of electrical system components and theory Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and equipment drawings
Daily Duties:
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair motors, pump controls, VFDs, motor-operated valves, lighting systems, and other electrical components. Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Maintain and calibrate electrical/electronic control systems and instrumentation. Install, bend, and secure conduit per NEC code and properly size wire for applications. Perform diagnostics using multimeters, meggers, loop calibrators, and other specialized tools. Align motors/pulleys and conduct basic IR thermography (certification encouraged). Collaborate on planning, scheduling, and implementing equipment upgrades and repairs. Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced staff. Document maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all OSHA, NEC, and company policies.
