Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician with expertise in commercial lighting and electrical systems. This role demands a disciplined professional who understands jobsite safety, executes high-quality installations, and delivers exceptional customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Install, replace, and service lighting fixtures, ballasts, conduits, panels, and transformers with a high standard of craftsmanship. Troubleshoot and repair lighting and electrical systems efficiently. Adhere to OSHA, site-specific, and company-mandated safety protocols. Operate on ladders, scaffolding, or rooftops as required by project scope. Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to complete installations. Maintain clean workspaces and accurate documentation of work orders. Effectively communicate with site managers, coworkers, and customers. Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or completion of an accredited Electrical Trade School. Minimum 2 years of hands-on electrical experience. Valid Driver's License Current OSHA 30 and SST Card (Site Safety Training) - Required . Willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform physically intensive work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented. Work Environment Fast-paced fieldwork with exposure to varying weather and site conditions. Extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and manual dexterity required.
