The Role We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Installation Technician who's good with tools and comfortable running wire. You'll work alongside our lead technicians on smart home and low-voltage installations from pre-wire through trim-out and finish. If you like working with your hands and want to do something more interesting than standard electrical or construction work, this is a solid fit. Responsibilities Run low-voltage wiring for smart home systems including audio/video, networking, security, and shading Install devices and equipment during trim-out and final phases per job specs Read and follow blueprints and floor plans accurately Work cleanly and professionally in both new construction and occupied homes Work across residential and commercial project types including offices, multi-unit builds, and builder developments Coordinate with lead technicians and project managers to stay on schedule Use hand and power tools to fish wire, mount equipment, and complete installations to a high standard Requirements 1+ years of experience in low-voltage, AV, electrical, or general construction installation Comfortable and confident with hand tools, power tools, and a drill Ability to read a blueprint or floor plan Must supply your own basic hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working on ladders Dependable, communicative, and a team player Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available 401(k) with matching Paid time off Employee discount Professional training and manufacturer certifications provided Clear path to advancement as your skills grow Why Work With Us Consistent, year-round work — no slow seasons Interesting projects across Southern NJ and the shore points Hands-on work with smart home technology that's actually cool Team culture where good work gets noticed and rewarded
