Licensed Electrician

About the Role Dolan Contractors is seeking a New Jersey Licensed Electrician to join our team based out of our Westampton office. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading electrical systems across a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, along with supporting tenant improvement projects as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied, hands-on work and takes pride in solving problems in the field. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and control equipment Troubleshoot electrical issues across commercial and industrial buildings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes Inspect systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs Support tenant fit-outs and improvement projects Coordinate with other trades and contractors as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment Qualifications Valid New Jersey Electrical License (required) 3+ years of electrical experience (commercial/industrial preferred) Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Reliable, team-oriented, and good communication skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Opportunity to work across a variety of properties and projects Supportive team environment
