Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Electrician. As an Electrician, you will work mainly on MTA projects in the New York Area. As CRC mainly works on MTA projects, we pay our electricians based on Prevailing Wage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of RGS Conduits, Power Cables, Security Cables, Security Devices, Electrical Panels, etc.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Electrician working on commercial or government projects (MTA experience is preferred)
Proper Certifications:
OSHA 30 Hours, MTA Track Training, Drug Testing- Ability to work shifts during nights and weekends if needed
- Must be able to work in subway tunnels, platforms, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites and the ability to work in various locations across New York City.
