Job Description

Requirements:
Install inverters, solar panels, and mount hardware while ensuring compliance with blueprints Connecting panels to the grid, wiring batteries, and setting up electrical panels Repairs/ replaces, and tests associated electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments. Troubleshoots electrical wiring and components. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Weekend availability
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. 2 + years of Electrical experience required. Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, specifically article 690 for solar PV systems Residential/Solar electrical experience preferred but not required. Ability to use appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment to repair, install, replace, and test PV related electrical circuits and associated equipment. Ability to work at heights, lift 50lbs and work in varied weather conditions Ability to read residential electrical blueprints and understand apply NEC codes as applicable. Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. Ability to work on roofs and in attics. Ability to work well with others with a strong focus on teamwork.
