Job Description
Residential Service Electrician Clifton Park, Queensbury, Ticonderoga & North Country, NY Coryer Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client. Are you an experienced residential electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service? A growing, locally owned electrical service company is seeking skilled Residential Service Electricians to join its team throughout Upstate New York. This is an opportunity to work independently, solve challenging electrical issues, build relationships with homeowners, and earn performance-based income through a profit-sharing program. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and components Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls within your assigned territory Troubleshoot electrical issues involving outlets, switches, circuits, panels, lighting, and more Conduct residential electrical safety evaluations and explain findings to homeowners Install and service whole-home generators (paid certification training provided) Prepare estimates, document work, and manage jobs using a company-provided iPad Mentor apprentice electricians when assigned Participate in a rotating on-call schedule Compensation & Logistics $25-$30 per hour starting pay based on experience Profit-sharing program that rewards performance and quality work Experienced technicians commonly earn $60,000-$100,000+ annually Long-term career growth opportunities Qualifications Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience Service work experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners Comfortable using technology and mobile applications in the field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
