Electrician

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for a manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and production equipment to ensure efficient plant operations.

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, machinery, and facility equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Utilize PLC knowledge and experience to diagnose and correct electrical issues. Install, maintain, and replace electrical equipment and components. Work with electrical conduit, wiring, and industrial controls. Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment reliability initiatives. Assist Engineering and Maintenance teams with facility improvements and special projects. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned. Qualifications 3-5 years of electrical experience in an industrial environment. 5-7 years of maintenance experience preferred. Previous manufacturing experience required. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls. Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and electrical instruments. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to provide technical guidance and support across manufacturing operations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance projects. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to pass a preemployment screening Shift 1 st or 3 rd Salary $27 an hour
