Responsibilities The Industrial Maintenance Technician is a full-time, non-exempt member of the Facilities & Maintenance Team. This role requires a broad range of technical skills and the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and mechanical systems to support safe and efficient operations. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following): Diagnosing electrical issues by reading and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. Install, repair, and maintain wiring, electrical wiring, fixtures, and related components Perform general electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery, tools, and facility systems. Perform general facilities maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing repairs, light grounds keeping. Systems Used Microsoft Suite CSI
UKG Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required; technical certification or degree is preferred. 3+ years of experience/strong knowledge in industrial electrical applications, including single phase and 3-phase systems. Experience with forklifts and scissor lifts. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead tasks or small projects when needed. Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment Compensation This position is full-time, non-exempt. Compensation typically follows industry median for Northeast Ohio/the Great Lakes region. You may be eligible for an annual bonus. This is a long-term, high accountability role.
