We are currently expanding our team and raising our starting pay to $26.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on experience. The Vision for Your Role As a Sherwin Electrician, you are the engine of our project delivery. Whether you're working on mission-critical infrastructure or a high-end residential project, you ensure the job is safe, correct, and built to last. You'll work alongside our Lead Electricians to execute complex installs while sharpening your own leadership skills.

What You'll Be Doing Tenant Finish & Build-outs:

Lead and assist in electrical fit-outs for commercial spaces, ensuring all systems meet client specifications.

Panel Work & Infrastructure:

Install and wire electrical panels, switchgear, and transformers with a focus on clean, professional aesthetics.

Precision Conduit Bending:

Expertly route EMT, Rigid, and PVC pathways that are secure, clear, and meet Sherwin's "Gold Standard" for technical execution.

System Diagnostics:

Diagnose and repair electrical faults with urgency; ensure everything is commissioned correctly the first time.

Code & Safety Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to NEC standards and OSHA protocols to ensure a safe job site for everyone. Why Join Sherwin Electrical?

Qualifications:

Experience:

2+ years of field experience in commercial electrical work.

Technical Literacy:

Ability to read blueprints, perform electrical math, and follow NEC codes.

Reliability:

Valid driver's license with a clean record; ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
