Waters Electric is Norman's oldest electrical contractor starting in 1932. We have a reputation of outstanding customer service as well as affordability. Which keeps us busy year after year. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct troubleshooting using an ohmmeter and other testing equipment to diagnose electrical issues. Renovate existing electrical systems as required to meet updated codes or client specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a Journeyperson Electrician or similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and low voltage applications. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication. Must hold a valid electrician's license.
