Journeyman Electrician

A leading employee-owned manufacturer is seeking a Journeyman Electrician in Klamath Falls, OR to support electrical systems within a large-scale industrial manufacturing environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Journeyman Electrician position include: Valid State of Oregon Manufacturing Plant or General Journeyman license required; reciprocating licenses from AR, ID, ME, MT, UT, or WY may be considered. 2+ years of industrial manufacturing or military experience preferred, with knowledge of OSHA and state regulations. Design, construct, repair, and maintain electrical systems to ensure machinery operates at peak performance. Work on large industrial equipment, including new lathe and mainline projects, deconstruction of old equipment, and heavy machinery. Experience with controls, PLCs, and VFDs is helpful. Must be able to read and understand blueprints. Must own tools and be available to work all shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed. Green card holders are acceptable, but sponsorship is not available.

Salary:

$36 - $43.58 per hour, commensurate with experience.
