Electrician (Commercial/Industrial Service)

Our work includes a mix of service calls, troubleshooting, upgrades, renovations, and project-based commercial electrical work. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, experienced full-time Electrician who can handle both service work and project-based installations. This role is ideal for someone who can independently perform commercial electrical service and installation work while representing the company professionally on job sites and with customers. This position is best suited for someone who: Takes pride in their workmanship Communicates well with customers and coworkers Can troubleshoot and solve problems independently Wants steady, long-term work with a professional team environment Responsibilities Perform commercial electrical service calls and troubleshooting Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems Run EMT, MC, and branch circuits Install lighting, panels, devices, and electrical equipment Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Complete daily job documentation including time and materials Maintain organized and safe job sites Communicate professionally with customers, facility managers, foreman, and office staff Follow NEC, OSHA, and company safety procedures Qualifications 4+ years of commercial electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Prior service call experience strongly preferred Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in active jobsite environments Own basic hand tools Compensation & Benefits $26.00-$32.00 per hour, dependent on experience Employer-sponsored health insurance (after 90 days) Retirement plan participation Paid holidays Full-time, steady work Work Environment Consistent, steady commercial work Small team environment where your work matters Professional atmosphere with direct communication Overtime available when needed, but not expected week after week Focus on quality work rather than rushing through jobs Opportunity for long-term growth and increased responsibility We understand that good electricians are valuable.
