Temp to hire Job Details We are seeking a skilled Commercial Electrician with strong hands-on experience who can work independently with minimal supervision on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and professionalism. This sub contractor specializes in small scale commercial work - doing both install and service. This sub contractor is also looking to bring Aerotek Electricians on permanently after the 6 month temp to hire. Responsibilities Perform commercial electrical installations including conduit bending, wire pulls, device installation, and panel terminations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings with little to no supervision. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently in active commercial environments. Work independently to complete tasks accurately while meeting project timelines. Essential Skills 5+ years of commercial electrical experience (journeyman-level skill set). Strong understanding of NEC standards, safety procedures, and jobsite best practices. Own and maintain a complete set of personal electrical hand tools. Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Strong work ethic, accountability, and professional jobsite demeanor. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
