Electrician

Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, and construction environments. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems using hand tools and power tools across commercial and industrial sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs. Work with low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring all work adheres to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards for safety and compliance. Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues effectively. Collaborate with construction teams on framing carpentry and renovation projects to integrate electrical components seamlessly into building structures. Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and installations for compliance and future reference. Follow safety protocols rigorously while working on construction sites or in industrial settings; utilize schematics for troubleshooting complex electrical systems involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial controls. Experience Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings with a strong understanding of electrical systems. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and low/high voltage wiring. Familiarity with NEC regulations, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation is essential. Prior work on construction sites or renovation projects demonstrating adaptability in dynamic environments. Skilled in using hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, screwdrivers as well as power tools necessary for electrical work. Experience working with low voltage systems, high voltage installations, and industrial electrician tasks preferred. Additional handyman skills or frame carpentry experience are advantageous for versatile project support.
