What You'll Do Lead electrical projects: panel swaps, service upgrades, rewiring, and submetering Troubleshoot and repair residential systems quickly and accurately Ensure compliance with NEC code and all safety regulations Conduct inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and teammates Order & pick up materials Preliminary walks for new jobs

What We're Looking For Experience:

7+ years in residential electrical work (lead/senior role preferred)

Knowledge:

Strong NEC code understanding and hands-on troubleshooting ability

Skills:

Proficient with tools, meters, and safe installation practices

Mindset:

Driven, humble, great communicator, and team-first leader

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
