This full-time, permanent career opportunity for an Electrical Installation Lead is at a financially sound, debt-free manufacturer of industrial equipment.
The company services and rebuilds a variety of machine tools throughout North America and South America. Employees have the ability to move to other parts of the company if that is of interest. All fabrication is done in-house.
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, controls, and equipment
Troubleshoot electrical issues by interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to diagnose and determine proper solutions
Perform on-site maintenance and system startups for new equipment
Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), safety protocols, and company procedures
Collaborate with other trades and provide exceptional customer service
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
3+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with a focus on industrial or commercial projects
Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team on a variety of tasks
Proficiency in troubleshooting and using electrical diagnostic tools
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel 50-75% of the time, with a valid passport for international travel
Must have a clean criminal background due to customer safety policies
A solid work history
A US citizen or possess a green card
