Job Description:

Rytec Electric is actively seeking a skilled and organized Field Coordinator / Electrician to oversee wire crews, manage project compliance, and supervise electrical work on multiple residential new construction builds within designated neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee Wire installation crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and code regulations for electrical installations.\ Manage punch-list checks and oversee light punch work, ensuring adjustments are addressed efficiently. Perform occasional light punchlist tasks to close out projects. Act as the Inspection Manager, supervising and managing a neighborhood of residential new construction home electrical projects. Provide leadership to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all electrical work. Ensure work areas are cleaned and orderly after wire crew.

Qualifications:

Strong people and management skills to effectively coordinate wire crews and oversee electrical projects. Experienced in clearly communicating with field and office teams. Proficiency in problem-solving to address issues and ensure regulatory compliance. Excellent time management skills to oversee multiple projects and crews concurrently.
