Electrician/Electrical Installer--Full time, No Travel!

About Us Dakota Pump LLC, an Impel Company, is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Electrician / Electrical Installer to join our team! What You'll Do As an Electrician at Dakota Pump, your work will directly support the building and maintenance of our state-of-the-art pumping stations and control systems.

You will:

Collaborate with a talented crew of electricians, production employees, and engineers to bring projects to life. Interpret blueprints and schematics to lay out wiring and place electrical components accurately. Install wiring and conduit systems (rigid, EMT, PVC, and flexible) through walls, ceilings, and floors, following electrical codes. Set up fixtures and control panels , including outlets, switches, lighting, and electrical panels. Ground and test systems to make sure everything runs safely and smoothly. Troubleshoot issues like faulty wiring, tripped breakers, or malfunctioning fixtures and keep things running reliably. Stay compliant with all local and national codes while documenting your work to high standards. Work safely every day by wearing the right PPE, spotting potential hazards, and looking out for your team. What Makes You a Great Fit Strong technical knowledge of electrical theory, wiring methods, and electrical codes. 3 + years of electrical wiring and repair/troubleshooting experience Electrician's License desired but solid electrical experience is acceptable in lieu of license. Comfort with hand and power tools, from wire strippers and crimpers to voltage testers and drills. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work in confined spaces and at heights using ladders and to lift equipment when needed. Pride in your craftsmanship, safety standards, and ability to deliver reliable work.
