In this role, you will manage the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical equipment and systems across our facility. By ensuring our machinery and infrastructure remain reliable and safe, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily production goals. Additionally, you will contribute to general facility maintenance, mechanical support, and groundskeeping tasks. Core Responsibilities Execute the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical wiring, panels, conduit, and facility equipment. Identify and resolve electrical malfunctions in motors, industrial machinery, and control systems to improve equipment reliability. Manage electrical tasks involving three-phase power distribution and systems reaching 480 volts. Utilize technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics to guide your work. Set up and service electrical components, breakers, disconnects, and conduit runs. Execute routine preventative maintenance schedules for production machinery and electrical infrastructure. Support the repair and troubleshooting of automated and mechanical systems to reduce operational downtime. Facilitate the relocation, upgrade, modification, and installation of production machinery. Maintain building systems, lighting, and general electrical infrastructure to keep the facility in top condition. Provide support for facility improvement initiatives and grounds upkeep as required. Uphold strict adherence to electrical codes, company policies, and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for all staff. Maintain precise records of work orders, repairs, and maintenance tasks performed. Partner with production, management, and maintenance departments to help the team achieve operational objectives. Required Qualifications Possession of a GED or high school diploma, with a preference for electrical certification or technical schooling. Demonstrated background in industrial electrical maintenance or a comparable environment. Comprehensive knowledge of power distribution and industrial electrical systems. Proven ability to safely manage electrical systems operating at 480V. Proficiency in analyzing and applying electrical blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems is considered a plus. Strong analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team or work autonomously as needed.
