We are looking for experienced journeymen as well as formen, qualified to join our expanding Commercial Team in the middle Tennessee area. As one of the Phalcon Companies, we deliver full scope, turn-key electrical infrastructure projects to all types and sizes of commercial customers across the Middle Tennessee region. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical expertise for a variety of new construction, renovation, service and emergency projects for our commercial and industrial customers;
• Provide effective communications on required daily project status data to the Harlan Electric management team to assure the successful operation of complete and working systems;
• Provide daily leadership in safe working practices across the field team. Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED, a high standard of professionalism and commitment to safety;
• Two forms of US-authorized IDs
• Able to pass drug screening and background check
• Completion of Electrical Apprenticeship training is required;
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience to be considered;
• Previous experience installing commercial and industrial power systems preferred;
• Previous experience installing lighting, controls and working with high end finishes preferred;
• An attention to detail and thorough knowledge and understanding of the National Electric Code;
• Capable of analyzing and solving problems with multiple electrical system types;
• Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold);
• Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work at heights and to work around large equipment;
• Excellent customer service skills and able to work well under pressure;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Exercises a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor;
• Excellent work ethic, dependability able to thrive in a team environment;
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and willing to work overtime as needed;
• Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation;
• Must have a clean driving record to be considered for driving company vehicles:
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screenings;
• Experience with BIM360, Procore, Autodesk preferred;
