This project demands professionals capable of executing conduit runs, bending pipe, installing fixtures, and interpreting blueprints with precision and minimal supervision.

Job Specific Responsibilities:

Run and secure conduit systems (EMT, rigid, PVC) according to layout drawings and specifications. Bend conduit using hand and mechanical benders to precise angles. Install, hang, and wire lighting fixtures, panels, switches, and receptacles. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and installation plans accurately. Pull wire and terminate devices, panels, and control systems to code. Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, safety practices, and productivity. Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with site supervisors, team members, and general contractors.

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience. Proven expertise in conduit bending, pipe runs, fixture installation, and blueprint reading. Must possess all required hand and power tools for electrical work. Must be fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Ability to read, interpret, and execute tasks from electrical diagrams and blueprints. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE use. Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.

Compensation:

Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Functional Requirements:

Install and support conduit, panels, boxes, and electrical systems according to specifications. Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, splicing, and termination. Troubleshoot and verify electrical circuits and connections for functionality. Use measuring devices, hand tools, and testing equipment to complete installations accurately.

Physical Involvement:

Employee may be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds structures, etc.; reaching in all directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lifting 30 to 50 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead; carrying objects, tools, equipment, etc.; standing; sitting; walking; pushing; pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting; crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction.

Mental Involvement:

Employee may be required to do the following: following set procedures and standards; applying basic mathematical skills; planning work and selecting proper tools; comparing and understanding differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects; picturing and evaluating solid objects from drawing or diagrams using standards that can be measured or checked; following oral and/or written directions, plans and blueprints; reading; writing; ability to recognize and report safety hazards.
