About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of complex manufacturing systems. You will leverage your expertise in electrical diagnostics and control systems to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement in facility performance. Responsibilities Execute advanced electrical and electronic troubleshooting to resolve equipment failures and restore production efficiency. Lead the installation and modification of complex machinery, ensuring all systems meet rigorous performance standards. Analyze process bottlenecks and equipment stoppages to implement sustainable technical solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and integrate process improvements that enhance cycle times. Conduct systematic line monitoring and quality assessments to proactively identify potential electrical faults. Maintain high standards of equipment reliability through precise diagnostic testing and preventative maintenance protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Journeyman Industrial Electrician certification or equivalent professional standing. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical repair and installation within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency in PLC, servo drive systems, NC, and industrial power distribution. Demonstrated ability to apply electrical theory to test and calibrate operational control equipment. High School diploma or GED. Preferred Skills Associate Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technology. Proven track record of completing 4 years of formal technical trade school apprenticeship. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven process optimization.
