Valid Drivers The Opportunity You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of diverse electrical projects across, commercial, and industrial sectors. This position offers you the chance to apply your extensive technical expertise in a supportive environment where your voice is heard and your hard work is directly rewarded. How You Will Make an Impact Execute complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across varied commercial and industrial environments. Interpret intricate blueprints, schematic diagrams, and technical prints to layout and schedule daily field work efficiently. Collaborate closely with team members and field leadership to maintain strict project timelines and high craftsmanship standards. Address and troubleshoot real-time technical workflows and material handling obstacles safely on the job site. Adopt and implement constructive feedback while actively setting personal goals for technical and operational improvement. Represent the core company values of fairness, honesty, and open communication during every single shift. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven track record performing comprehensive electrical work within a commercial or industrial capacity. Demonstrated proficiency in reading, analyzing, and executing work directly from blueprints and electrical prints. Ability to work effectively within collaborative team environments and adapt quickly to constructive feedback. Willingness to travel up to 10% of working hours to project sites located outside a 30-mile radius. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 10 years of professional, hands-on electrical experience. Completion of a formal Trade School program or possession of a Journeyman Card equivalent.
