In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electrical operations in residential remodel, new construction and renovation settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, applying your technical knowledge to deliver high-quality electrical solutions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to safety standards and best practices. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential settings Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades on existing electrical infrastructure during renovation or construction projects. Adhere strictly to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards for all installations and repairs. Utilize testing equipment such as multimeters to diagnose electrical issues effectively. Collaborate with construction teams, frame carpenters, and handyman professionals to coordinate project tasks seamlessly. Qualifications Valid LLE License or 5 years experience in residential electrical. Extensive hands-on experience with electrical systems on construction sites or renovation projects. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical installations. Strong knowledge of NEC standards, high voltage and low voltage systems, and safety protocols. Familiarity with the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers; power tools including drills and saws; and testing devices like ohmmeters. Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces safely on construction.. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience for versatile troubleshooting.
