We perform commercial, residential, and industrial electrical work throughout the Texas Panhandle and are looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. This position requires a dependable electrician capable of working independently, leading apprentices, troubleshooting electrical systems, and completing projects safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial, residential, and industrial environments Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Install conduit, wire, panels, lighting, controls, and electrical equipment Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs efficiently Lead and mentor apprentice electricians on job sites Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and local regulations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members Accurately document work performed and materials used Participate in occasional after-hours or emergency service calls when needed Qualifications Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License Minimum 3 years of field experience preferred Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems Experience in commercial electrical work preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Steady year-round work Opportunities for advancement Company vehicle opportunities for qualified candidates Supportive team environment Variety of commercial, residential, and industrial projects Why Join Elite Electrical?
