RANGERS
Startsup and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements. Services electronic equipment by checking, testing, and replacing faulty components, circuits, printed circuit boards, and similar electronic devices. Installs, repairs, and maintains communication cables, power distribution cables and then splicing pieces as required. Determines need for, analyzes, and makes necessary running adjustments, repairs, and overhauls. Notifies supervisor of potentially dangerous electrical equipment noted and corrective action taken. Perform maintenance and repair on 277/480V lighting systems. All other duties as assigned.

The Texas Rangers are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Journeyman Electrician to support the operation and maintenance of electrical systems throughout Globe Life Field. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical equipment, lighting systems, controls, and power distribution systems to ensure a safe, reliable, and first-class environment for fans, staff, and events. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced entertainment and sports venue environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Plan and determine appropriate work procedures by assessing repair needs, identifying required replacement materials, and developing effective solutions to electrical issues. Analyzes circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service or replace electronic devices and systems. Receives wiring diagrams, specifications and instructions from supervisor covering emergency and scheduled repairs, installation, and electrical inspection work to be performed.
