Commercial Electrician (Licensed Journeyman) Austin, Texas Electrician $30 - $33 CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a Licensed Journeyman Commercial Electrician for a hospital expansion project in Austin, TX. This role is for a highly skilled electrician who can work with minimal supervision and handle complex commercial/industrial electrical systems.

The primary focus will be underground duct bank work for a hospital expansion. Duties include: Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings Installing conduit and cable tray Coordinating and setting up large cable pulls Installing switchgear, distribution panels, transformers, fire alarm, and control systems Working with large PVC duct banks Performing large conduit runs and large wire pulls Setting manholes Performing additional electrical duties related to general construction operations Commercial Electrician Requirements Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Strong commercial/industrial electrical experience Healthcare project experience is a plus Proven experience with underground duct banks Experience with large PVC, large conduit runs, and large wire pulls Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must bring all required electrical hand tools Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots) Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings Reliable transportation required Professional attitude and strong work ethic Position Details
