Full‑Time | Non‑Union | Privately Held Chemical Manufacturing Facility Overview We are seeking a self‑motivated Industrial Electrician with 5-7 years of industrial experience to support electrical maintenance at our chemical manufacturing plant in Beasley, Texas. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 120V, 240V, and 480V electrical systems Diagnose electrical issues on industrial equipment including: Motors and motor controls Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Compressors, agitators, chillers, blowers, boilers Augers and screw conveyors Perform control wiring, panel terminations, and field device wiring Support basic instrumentation troubleshooting (sensors, switches, transmitters, I/O) Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, one‑lines, loop diagrams, and P&IDs Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to improve reliability and uptime Work safely and independently while coordinating with operations and engineering Prioritize and re‑prioritize work effectively as plant needs change Maintain maintenance documentation and housekeeping standards Respond to after‑hours, evening, or weekend work as required Required Qualifications 5-7 years of industrial electrical experience (chemical or manufacturing preferred) Strong knowledge of industrial power systems up to 480V Hands‑on experience with motors, VFDs, and rotating equipment Background in control wiring and industrial instrumentation Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, changing work environment Strong safety mindset and troubleshooting skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer Preferred Qualifications Experience with industrial HVAC systems Exposure to chemical process facilities PLC I/O wiring experience Electrical license, certification, or apprenticeship completion Bilingual/Spanish Work Conditions & Physical Requirements Flexible schedule including late evenings and weekends Indoor and outdoor work in South Texas environmental conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, safety footwear) Safety Strict adherence to all site safety rules, OSHA requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures is required. Work Schedule Standard hours:
