Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across industrial facilities. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery, control systems, and electrical infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including renovation, construction, and ongoing maintenance, contributing directly to the productivity and safety of our operations. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Maintain and upgrade industrial electrical equipment such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, and high voltage circuits in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction blueprints to accurately execute projects. Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices to diagnose issues and verify system integrity. Perform routine inspections on electrical systems on construction sites or during renovation projects to ensure safety and compliance. Collaborate with construction teams or contractors on site to coordinate installation or repair activities efficiently. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system modifications for future reference. Skills Extensive experience as an industrial electrician with a solid understanding of industrial control systems and electrical infrastructure. Proficiency in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics reading. Hands-on experience with commercial electrical systems and construction site environments. Strong knowledge of NEC standards related to low voltage and high voltage wiring. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Experience with renovation projects involving electrical upgrades or new installations. Familiarity with frame carpentry or handyman skills beneficial for supporting broader project needs. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting electrical issues efficiently.
