- Full-time Commercial Journeyman Electricians | Data Centers & Mission-Critical Projects | DFW T1 Workforce is building an elite team of commercial electricians for some of the most technically demanding projects in Texas.

Data Centers Mission-Critical Facilities Advanced Manufacturing Facilities Large Commercial Projects We're looking for electricians who take pride in their craft, solve problems without being told, and want to work alongside top-tier contractors. If you're the electrician everyone asks for when the project gets difficult, we want to talk. What You'll Be Doing Commercial electrical installation EMT, rigid, and cable tray systems Switchgear and distribution equipment Blueprint and specification interpretation Mission-critical construction environments Minimum Requirements Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License 5+ years commercial electrical experience Ability to read blueprints Proficient with EMT installation and bending Reliable transportation Professional attitude and appearance Preferred Experience Data centers Semiconductor facilities Hospitals Industrial facilities OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 This Position Is NOT For Residential electricians Individuals requiring constant supervision Habitually late workers Job hoppers Those unwilling to maintain professional standards Compensation & Pay $32- 40 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and project requirements Weekly pay Overtime available on most projects W-2 employment — not 1099 Why T1 Workforce We're not building a roster of names.
